If the submitter does not have access to the actual record any longer they will certanly let you know. But not all is lost, as now in most instances, now you know the town, county and state.

Death certificate from the State of Washington states: John Casey MORRIS died of injuries in a cave in in #9 mine Roslyn WA. He died on his birthday Dec. 20 1946.
